Yes, Akash according to last year cut-off with 33170 rank in WBJEE exam you have a good chance to get admission in RCC Institute of Information Technology, Beliaghata, Kolkata. With this rank you can get all the streams except computer science and engineering. Although don't rely completely on this college and keep a backup of another college during the counselling because if you will see the cut-off of 2016 then it was very high in comparison to 2017.
