With cet I assume that you're talking about kcet well 70k rank in kcet isn't sufficient to get cse as it is the core branch of engineering hence its cutoffs are very high as compared to other branches moreover with this you wouldn't get any government college either but if you want to ask about a particular college please mention it's name
