As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above , so thete are many category of reservation being thete for different students which they have to select during the state and aiq counseling for whichever state they belong but they should have its Domicile. 

For aiims thete is nothing such state reservation, the counseling will happen common to all aiims and you will be alloted collegr as per your rank and cut off.

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc
