Dear candidate you have to pay the fee through online method by the methods states in the procedure.

If your account doesn't have that amount then obviously your procedure will be incomplete. This fee will later be adjustes with the academic fee for the first semester as officially announced, so please don't do this mistake. Make sure you have that amount in your account.
