Clearly that candidate deserves to be a doctor more than you do. But nooo xD this country is more interested in giving jobs to people just so that they can earn rather than making sure that those who actually are capable get the job. Based on your marks I can gaurantee that you won't make a good doctor. But just because your ancestors faced certain problems, people who are less capable and who would probably not even be able to be good doctors will become doctors and people who could've been good doctors will be denied of that opportunity. Wow India. And then People ask why the medical facilities in India are so backward. Because there are more people with 400 marks in Govt colleges than people with above 550 marks because guess what? Reservation
