First of all you are resident of kerela so you cannot apply by state quota for himachal Pradesh college except for the mop up round.You might have applied by AIQ and you have got the result till now.

As far as mop up round is concerned, you have less chance of getting into government medical college or private college inspite of being in esip ip ward.
