Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are of general category. Last year the cut off for general category under 15% All India Quota was a rank of 12611. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get government medical college through All India Quota.

Your profile suggest that you are from Bihar. Last year the cut off for 85% State Quota in Bihar was a rank of 12550. So based on this, it is difficult for you to get a government medical seat in Bihar. However, you can get private medical colleges in Bihar like Katihar Medical College, Lord Budha Koshi Medical College, Madhubani Medical College, Narayan Medical College.
