The cutoff varies from state to state and college to college. Every state has a different cutoff criteria some have around 550+ like up whereas some have 470+ for state quota.
The minimum qualifying percentile for ur candidates is 50 th percentile  and the cutoff marks is 119 under which 634897 candidate have qualified the examination.
