I'm mentioning below the details of all the important dates pertaining to NEET-UG 2018:
(The details are TENTATIVE, based in what has been happening in the previous years)
Application forms will be available in the 3rd or 4th week of December 2017 submission will be online.
Online submission of application forms will end by 2nd or 3rd week of January 2018.
Admit cards will be released by first week of April 2018.
Entrance exam will be conducted most probably on the first Sunday of May 2018.
Results will be probably out by the first or second week of June 2018.
Counselling will begin in the month of July /August 2018.

You can get the application form on their official website. The results are usually declared in  2nd week of June and following the results the admission procedure begins.

Neet Exam is usually conducted in the first week of May. 1) Release of application form is during the last week of December. 2) Last date to fill the application form is fourth week of January. 3) Last date for submitting application fee is fourth week of January. 4) Release date of admit card is first week of April. 5) Exam date is during the first week of May. 6) Announcement of results is in the first week of June. 7) And the Counselling is done in July.
