You can choose to give neet exam in sny one of the following languages given below :-

• Hindi,
• Assamese,
• Bengali,
• Gujarati,
• Marathi,
• Tamil,
• Telugu,
• Oriya,
• Kannada
• Urdu

Now , if you choose english as medium for your neet examination then the question paper will be in English only but if you choose any one of the above languages other than English then your question will be in the language selected by you and English as well.

So , yes if you choose hindi as medium for your neet examination then the question paper will ne in both hindi and English as well.

Dear aspirant, Candidates can choose to take the exam in any of the following languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Assamese, Oriya, Kannada, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Urdu, and Telugu language.
