Sorry to say According to previous years cutoffs you will not be able to get good government medical college even if you have state Quota of West Bengal as their cutoffs are above 480. The cutoffs of private colleges are also high above 450, therefore you will also not be able to get a good private college.

I would suggest you to drop this year and study hard for next year examination or look for other options.
