With a score of 350, your rank might be approximately between 181904-194475 . This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . You need atleast 510 and above for a seat in MBBS in West Bengal under General Category. In 2019, 506 was the cut off. Considering that 350 is a very less score.
