In the first round of AYUSH UG counselling, the last rank to get AQG ( All India Quota Govt seat ) of BUMS OBC category is 63794. Second round results are pending. You have to wait for it, only then we can guess mop up round result. But you can easily get All India Quota Private seat for BAMS,BHMS,BUMS and BSMS.

The NEET UG scores that you have mentioned above are a bit low to get you admission into govt. BUMS college. However, you do have chance to get admission into govt. aided or private colleges. This year the cutoffs have went really high as you too might be knowing the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. So under AIQ at this score even if you belong to obc getting a government BUMS college is certainly not possible. Do try in some private college of your own state under 85% state quota.
