Hey Aspirant,

Regarding your query , I want to inform you that inspite of being a reserved (SC) category student it's just impossible for you to get any Government MBBS colleges in your residential state Uttar Pradesh as the cut-off marks will get increased in this year for each and every college on account of the increased competition level in NEET UG 2020, but your marks and percentile are perfectly suitable to take admission in several top private MBBS colleges of Uttar Pradesh through 85% State quota. The names of those colleges suitable as per your marks are as follow:

  • F.H. Medical College, Agra
  • Prasad Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow
  • Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki
  • T.S.Mishra Medical College & Hospital, Lucknow
  • Krishan Mohan Medical College & Hospital, Mathura
  • Saraswati Medical College Unnao
  • K.D. Medical College Hospital & Research Centre, Mathura
  • G S Medical College, Hapur
  • Integral Institute of Medical Sciences & & Research, Lucknow

Ok, don't need to be disappointed or demoralised for your result. I can also suggest you if you've intense dedication and determination to be an eminent doctor in future by pursuing your studies in reputed Government MBBS colleges, you should go for a second attempt in next year.

Think about it.

Hope this will be quite helpful for you.

Hello,

Last year 415 marks with respective all india rank of 113688 secured a seat in Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich and this year there are greater chances of cut-offs increasing, hence chances seem tough for you regarding GMC, you may explore other options of private colleges or deemed universities, cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc, check out previous year cut-offs at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up , to know more about admission possibilities in various colleges you can use our NEET College Predictor; https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Going by last year's cutoffs, with this rank in Neet, it would be difficult to get any government Medical college as last year the highest cutoff rank of all was 113688 and the respective score was 415. This was the cutoff rank for Autonomous Medical college Bahraich. So with around 1.54 lacs rank in neet it would be difficult to get any seat through state quota in UP. You have good chances of getting private medical colleges like Sri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research etc. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
