You have a good score but in AIQ cutoffs are really high so you have less chances of getting a government medical College in AIQ some of the colleges like

Shaheed Laxman nayak medical College and hospital Koraput. Previous year cutoff was 10324 in general so you are close. 

But as per your rank you will definitely get medical seat in state quota.

Yes you could get a govt. Seat at the rank of 10774. Through AIQ, it's a bit difficult but through state quota, yes you can. If you belong to UR, you've got fair chances.
