Getting a government seat is not a possibility either via AIQ or state quota. You can try contesting for private medical colleges of your state.

Based on this score NEET 2018 the chances are less to get a saet under All India Quota seats & state quota seats but you can have the chances for the state quota seats in private colleges of your state.
