To be honest to you, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota. You may have chances for admission to colleges under state quota.

You can use NEET College Predictor to Check Your MBBS/BDS Chances in All India Quota, Deemed Universities & State Quota seat Based on Your NEET AIR

The cutoff varies year to year but as per 2017 the chances are less to get a seat for state quota seats of Haryana but you can try for private colleges.

Good Luck!
