On the basis of your marks you have chances to get government MBBS college through your state quota. 

 

If you want to join private college you can consider top private colleges with low fees like St. John, CMC Vellore and CMC ludhiana.

With this score, chances are decent to get seat in Govt colleges under state but for 15% quota more than 550 marks would be required. But if you want you can try with this score as well. And there are two types of seats i.e. Govt and management seats. So for Govt seats fee would be around 1-4 L whereas for management it would be 15-30 L.
