The AIR depends mostly on number of candidates and the highest neet score as well as to some extent on your category. 

With an overall neet score of 553,your AIR would be around 5616-7433 according to cutoff of last year.

However this range is on the basis of cutoff of last year. And the trend tends to vary every year depending on factors like difficulty of paper, number of candidates etc.
