No you can't do correction in name,date of birth and qualification

Don't get stressed. There is an alternate way for your problem. You can apply an affidavit in court for your name correction (during counselling).

Don't worry. Prepare for exam.

No need to worry. Candidates can make changes or interchange the names during the correction window days. Make sure you go through the form many times possible where there are chances to rectify the errors made earlier and then finally submit it after making the required changes. Hope this helps.!
