With a NEET UG 2025 score of 415, securing an MBBS seat in Maharashtra's government medical colleges is unlikely, as previous year cutoffs for the EWS category were around 617.  However, you may have a chance in private medical colleges under the state quota, where EWS cutoffs have been approximately 549.  It's advisable to participate in the state counseling process and consider options in private institutions. Keep in mind that private college fees are significantly higher than those in government colleges.
