Your questions seems to be incomplete, always try to mention your category and state or counseling name for hich you are asking.

If you are asking for cut off marks for qualifying than in 2021 it was 138/720 for Gen category and 107/720 marks for OBC/SC/ST category.

If you are taking about cut off marks for getting govt MBBS college then for Gen category students 600+ marks in all india quota counseling and as your profile suggest you are from maharastra so in Maharashtra state quota counseling cut off marks was 557+ marks for Gen category students.
