Hello there,

Hope you are doing well. See,it's not fixed . An individual's state rank depends upon a number of factors ,few of which I'll mention below :

1) No.of students appeared in the examination from that state .

2) Overall performance of the students in a particular year .

3) No. Of students participating in the Counselling process.

So, state rank on a particular AIR and marks in NEET is highly variable and can't be predicted before-hand . You are advised for the state counselling process to commence .

Weather or not you'll get selected into the college of your choice ,you can have a rough idea of that by view the last year's marks v/s AIR and the college allotted at that AIR though this can also vary depending on a no. Of factors .
