Yes since NIOS is a recognised educational board , it's marks are valid for JEE mains , and since admission for IIT demands 75% or more in 10+2 Science from any recognised educational board you need to have at least 75 % marks in 10+2 science.

Haan ji 75 % bahut important hai NIOS Mai agar aapko IIT Mai admission Chahiye toh.

Aap her mains de sakte hai , JEE mains exams dene Mai koi percentage restrictions nai hai .
