Both of the colleges you mentioned are well-known engineering institutes in India. If you believe factors such as placements, infrastructure, faculty, and curriculum to be important, I would advise you to attend NIT Warangal for the following reasons:

Curriculum-wise, both of them have a lot of training experience, so curriculum isn't really a factor.

Both colleges have excellent infrastructure, but it has been determined that NIT Warangal has superior lab and hostel facilities than NIT Surathkhal.

NIT Warangal CSE placements are far superior to AI NIT Surathkhal placements. This may be the primary reason for your decision to study CSE at NIT Warangal. Having a particular subject in your undergraduate degree further narrows your options. So, unless and unless you are absolutely certain of your interest, CSE is a better option.

The faculties at both institutes are excellent, and there is no distinguishing element available in this regard.
