There is ml no medical course which you can get in without fulfilling the Eligibility Test i.e., NEET.

for aerospace engineering you will have to contact  the college of your preference.
There could be an entrance examination even.

Medical and engineering are totally two different streams. Get into PCMB stream in class 11 if you want to apply for both but you can only get in one course

If you asking about aerospace engineering, yes there are entrance exam such as JEE through which you can get admission. For medical, MBBS, you can appear in NEET, AIIMS MBBS etc entrance exams.
