Dear aspirant,
No. Of candidate that apply for wbjee every year is about 1.5-1.8 lakh. Every year no. Of candidate varies in this range only , but for good government college you have to secure your rank below 5000.

Hello Nitin,

Reports suggest that the number of students who have applied for wbjee this year is roughly about 1.5 lakhs. However this is a estimated number and the actual figure can go up or down once the actual numbers come.

Nearly 1.5lakh students have applied for wbjee. But do remember the exam will be held on 2nd feb 2020(sunday).

West Bengal jee usually every year has an applicants of about 1.5 to 1.8 lakh students. Last year almost 1.13 lakhs candidates filled the application form while around 80000 students appeared for the exam.
This year the registration for WBJEE has closed on November 13. Exam is on 2nd February 2020.
