As per your requirement, i would say that It would be difficult to tell you the number of students who applied from Karnataka state. Total number of applicants for NEET 2019 are expected to be approximately 15,00,000. And it's a rough figure but a mere idea around 80,000 registrants where from Karnataka state. 

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation etc. As you are from karnataka, basically here the cut off goes higher and it would be safer to score 550 approx for getting admission.
