no that's not the problem but I want to go for Mtech-CSE so in my location their is no Btech-CSE course but it has BE-CSE course so if we take BE-CSE course after that completion can we take Mtech-CSE course just like Btech-CSE

The eligibility criteria for MTech is that you must have a valid gate score / the entrance through which the admission is provided and you must have 50% in your graduation BE/BTECH. So if you do BE then also you are eligible for the MTech courses. There is nothing to worry about it.
