Yes definitely.
If there is an increase in the total number of seats, there will be a proportionate increase in the number of seats at state level and all India level.

So...for neet 2018...are the no.of seats increased ?...or will it be increasing in the upcoming years...plz be more preciseful ...cause im.writing my neet this year

You will come to know regarding the increase or decrease in the number of seats after a seat matrix is released just before the counseling.Focus on your preparations at the moment. That'll be more helpful.
