All the branches have good scope in engineering for a right candidate who have desired skills and knowledge.

You can choose any branch according to your interest, passion, skill and a type of career you want to do in future. So, that you can grow in your field. 

 
If we compare the branches then CSE is the most demanding branch among students. Package which are offered in CSE is higher than other branches.You can also go for ECE, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and IT

You should focus on the colleges more to get good placements and teaching rather then branches as there is lot of competition envolved to get into top colleges.
