You are in final year and exam got delayed due to pandemic crisis. There won't be any issue. you can appear the exam. if at any place they ask for documents then you can show the cause for not having it else if you have then provide the graduation document.

Document verification is done only when you choose a college option for admission. it will be a long process and for final year graduation documents rules will be relaxed.

There won't be any issue.
