TANCET is a state level exam conducted by Anna University for masters degree in various colleges in Tamil Nadu. It is conducted usually in June every year.

Now, according to the eligibility criteria, candidate should have recognized bachelor degree or equivalent in the relevant field. So,I am sorry but final appearing students cannot apply for the exam.
