Nomadic Tribes (NT) is basically divided into four sub categories and those sub categories are NT-A, NT-B, NT-C and NT-D and sometimes these sub categories are also known as NT-1, NT-2, NT-3 and NT-4 respectively.

So, according to this NT-C will be same as NT-3 it will not NT-2 so please don't get confused between the two.
