The exact figures of appearing candidates will inly be declared after the completion of the VITEEE examination.But generally 1-2 lakhs candidates appear evey year for VITEEE and you cannot expect less appearing aspirants than that.

If you consider last year figures then nearly 2 Lakhs Students appeared for VIT Entrance Examination.

VIT discloses these figures only after 2 to 3 months. On VITEEE basis you can get Chennai, Bhopal and Vellore ranch Branch. VIT will never disclose your marks.
