thanks for asking your query as viteee is an private institute engineering examination therefore you can give its exam on appearing or in drop year also.No such criteria is set to give viteee entrance exam therefore you can give it without worrying .

The admission for VIT might have been closed gor this academic season. The forms will be available for session 2020, in december onwards 2019. So, you can apply from dcecember onwards. VITEEE is exam for admission in BTech courses in all VITs.
