Let me tell you that, only one gold medal is offered to the MBBS graduate. And this is not for everyone. This is awarded to the best Graduate of the Year. Best graduate of the year is the student,  who stands first in the aggregate of all the professional MBBS examinations marks, in his/her first attempt. Hence one gold medal will be provided to that student.
