Well ths is not the first time i had heard this , this happened with many students that they had submitted obc certifiate or any caste certificate in their state forma but not in the format given in jee advanced website. Well see this should not cause any problem, but if you don't have a new certi then you should make it , it will secure you from any problem. You can also contact the management they will provide you better solution.
