Hello Menakshi,

As you said, the name of your father is different in both the certificates.But while taking the admission in any college,your documents which are necessary for the admission should be completely correct if you want to take admission in any college.You have to make them same in both the certificates and make the correction in which certificate it is needed, only then you can complete your admission process.
