The number written in the round brackets beside the institute's name is a code for particular medical institutes which come under the participating instituitions.

For example, ANIIMS, Port Blair (101) i.e. Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical S (All India Quota) and 101 is a code for the same college.
