diploma students are eligible to take admission into Btech 2nd year through lateral entry.

a entrance exam is conducted by the state government for the students who are willing to take admission in btech after their diploma.

students of diploma needs to apply for the exam and they should qualify in the entrance examination conducted by the government. based on the marks and rank the student got in the entrance examination they will be allotted seat in engineering colleges in 2nd year.

admission into btech 2nd year is based on the entrance examination.
