Hello,

Once the cutoff list will be out, you can only apply to a single college in a single course, however if in the next cutoff you get the chance to a better college, then you can cancel your admission from your previous college, and can apply to another college you want.

It's not possible to take admission in multiple colleges or in multiple courses.
