Yes one can modify and rearrange in all rounds of counselling in choice filling options.

This type of counselling allows studnets to chnage decisions and secure seats a sper preferences.

This allows studnets to freeze, float and withdrawn the allotted options and get best possible colkege or stream a sper their interests.
