one who is no uterus by birth can apply for PWD Certificate?

Hii,

The government has implemented the state human rights commission’s order that a woman born without uterus should be considered a disabled person.In the wake of an order by Commission member K Mohankumar, the government issued orders to include such women in the list of persons with 50 per cent disability.With this order, women born without uterus will be eligible for reservation in jobs, pension and free travel. A gynaecologist will be included in the medical board which issues disability certificate.
