Hello there
You should go with code 2 that is the people that have already passed class 12th because all those candidates who are appearing for improvement has already been passed out and they are sitting for the exams in order to improve their result and not to clear any remaining subject thus making 2019 as the year of your qualifying examination.
So, in that case, you should fill code 2 in the NEET paper 2020 that you have already passed your intermediate examinations.
Hope this has answered your query.
Good luck

But if I fill code 02 I will have to mention my individual subject marks and I have not got 50% aggregate in my pcb subjects which does not make me eligible to fill neet 2020 form.

Eligibility is a different thing. You have passed your intermediate examinations and thus, you can not give false details in application form otherwise your candidature would be cancelled.
