I'm giving hsc improvement exam next year i.e 2020 to improve my score because in hsc 2019 I failed to score 50% aggregate in pcb grouping.

Well dear If you are giving improvement then you should fill Code-1 as that means you are appearing,even If you are appearing for the improvement exam.
But,If you don't pass you won't be eligible to take admission in MBBS,BDS etc courses.

But if I fill code 01 and I qualify neet exam in 2020 then during counselling, will they tell me that I had filled false things in form as I had already passed 12th in 2019 and I should have gone with code 02?
