Hello Samiya, See as per NEET exam required candidate should be 12th passed or pursuing 12th CBSE and should be government recognized. Few Open School (like NOIS) students were too allowed to apply for NEET becoz Ministry of Human resource department (MHRD) permitted them to apply for NEET, whereas patacharya Vidalaya students were not permitted to apply for NEET by MHRD.

Now, there is upcoming rule in which Government not allowing any private school and open school  students who were not regular in 12th class to apply for NEET paper...
