CMI conducts an entrance exam every year in the month of May for the admission in its various programmes.

Question paper is divided into two parts , namely Part A and Part B:

Part A consists of 10 Questions in which (s)he is supposed to write only the answer (as integers) and not the complete solution.

Part B consists of 6 Questions where one has to write the complete solutions of the questions.

Also, Part B is graded only if a student scores a particular minimum marks (as decided by CMI) in Part A.
