Generally, the starting salary in nursing in a government or public-government partnership has a scale of Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- in the Pay Band 3.

• Msc Nursing starting salary is 1.3 lakhs to 3.7 lakhs.
• For experienced professionals, salary goes upto 10 lakhs for ICU.
• Maximum package goes upto 15lpa for more than 12years experience.
• Your salary depends on the institution you are working in, experience you have not just on the academic background.
