You are eligible for state quota seats of only those states from where you have done 10th and 12th and of which you have a domicile and you have filled the same in neet registration. If you have domicile of one state and has done 10th and 12th from other state then you are eligible for quota seats of both states .So,if you satisfy either of the above options then you are eligible for the counselling.
85% seats are reserved for the students of respective states.If you neither have domicile nor had done 10th and 12th from Maharashtra then you can register through the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling for the remaining 15% seats.
This is only true for government colleges.You are completely eligible for the private colleges irrespective of where you are from.
